Our MacBooks are pre-owned, in excellent cosmetic condition and come with a 12 month warranty. While they may show very minimal signs of previous use, such as faint marks or light scratches on the casing, they are free from significant damage, screen scratches, or functional issues. They are verified by our Apple-certified technicians, all have passed Apple diagnostic testing for hardware and software functionality.

Our cosmetic grades of refurbished products include:

• Excellent: Minimal wear based on the age of the product.
• Very Good: Minor wear based on the age of the product. May include minor blemishes and/or dent(s) on casing. 
• Good: Moderate wear based on the age of the product. Noticeable signs of usage. May include blemishes and/or dent(s) on casing.
