How long will it take? Display, battery and camera repairs are normally completed same day. This is dependant on part availability.
How to prepare your iPhone for Service:
Before booking your iPhone in for repair, we ask that you take the following steps. First, ensure that you have backed your iPhone up – this helps to protect you against data loss. Next, we ask that you disable Apple’s ‘Find My’ security service from your device, and this can stop us from being able to process your repair.
Finally, pleased ensure that any accessories, including your SIM card and case are removed from your device. We do not need the box, charger, or any other accessories with your device.
For some warranty iPhone repairs we may have to send your phone Apple directly to ensure the highest possible repair quality. This process can take between 5-7 working days.
