Is my issue covered by Apple Warranty?

In Ireland, Apple devices ship with an Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty. In addition to this, you are entitled to other coverage options or remedies under Consumer Law.

Apple device issues that are covered by an Apple warranty are serviced for you free of charge. Please note that not all issues (such as issues with software, configuration or user damage) are covered by Apple’s warranty, and in such cases, you may be charged a fee. How much will a repair or service cost?

There is no cost for repairs covered under Apple’s Limited Warranty or Consumer Law.
For out-of-warranty and accidental damage repairs, we’ll provide a quote once we’ve inspected your device and determined the required repair. You’ll have the opportunity to approve or decline this quote before proceeding any further with the repair. Costs for individual repairs vary on a device by device basis. Depending on the issue, we may be able to provide a repair estimate or ballpark figure prior to you bringing the device in for assessment. How long does a repair or service normally take?

Repair turnaround times can vary depending on the device. For iPhones, some repairs like batteries or screens can be done here in our workshop same day. This is dependent on parts stock and availability and we will advise you of specific turnaround times for your repair. For Macs, we find that most repairs are ready for collection within 3-5 business days. We’ll provide an estimated collection time when you check in your device. This currently the quickest authorised repair turnaround available in the country.
